By purchasing from the website you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions. By agreeing you, the customer must be 18+ or buying with parental permission.

 

Returns Policy

We will gladly offer a refund or exchange or cancellation of sale. Please contact us within 7

Days of receiving your item. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase from us, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Goods such as earrings are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Policy

If your return has been received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original form of payment. Your refund should appear on bank statement within 5 – 10 working days.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch orders within 72 hours once payment has been received (usually 24 hours)

We ship our products to mainline UK only. Please contact us for any international orders.

All orders are subject to a handling period of 1 business day before shipment.

Please note that although orders are shipped out with a next day delivery service, delivery time may vary depending on your location.

Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address. Brogan Buzec cannot be held accountable for items shipped to incorrect
addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to re-direct to the correct address.
